When you place an order with MacroEats or subscribe to one of our meal plans, you’re agreeing to the terms outlined on this page.
In simple terms: we cook, portion, and deliver macro-balanced meals to support your chosen fitness or lifestyle goal — and these guidelines explain how our service works so there are no surprises for either of us.
Our Service
MacroEats provides freshly prepared meals with clearly labelled nutritional information including calories, protein, carbohydrates, fats, and fibre.
Meal plans are structured based on the goal and preferences you select during onboarding.
Menus, delivery schedules, pricing, and plan inclusions are shared with you before confirmation of your subscription.
We reserve the right to modify menu items based on ingredient availability, seasonality, or operational requirements while ensuring that macro targets remain consistent with your selected plan.
Nutritional Accuracy
Each meal comes with a macro label to make calorie and macro tracking easier for you.
All nutritional values provided are approximate and may vary slightly due to ingredient sourcing, cooking methods, and natural variation in produce.
Our meals are designed to support goals such as fat loss, muscle gain, or balanced lifestyle eating — however, individual outcomes may differ based on lifestyle, metabolism, training, and consistency.
MacroEats does not provide medical or dietary treatment advice.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions during onboarding.
While we take precautions during preparation, meals are produced in kitchens that may handle common allergens including dairy, nuts, gluten, and soy.
MacroEats will not be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from undisclosed dietary restrictions.
Subscription & Payments
All meal plans are offered on a prepaid subscription basis.
Your subscription will begin on the confirmed start date communicated to you after payment is received.
MacroEats reserves the right to pause, modify, or discontinue services in the event of payment failure or misuse of service.
Pricing may be revised periodically. Any such updates will be communicated before renewal or continuation of service.
Delivery
Meals will be delivered to the address provided during onboarding within the delivery window communicated to you.
You are responsible for ensuring availability at the time of delivery.
MacroEats will not be responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect address details or recipient unavailability.
In such cases, the meal for that delivery will be considered fulfilled and will not be refunded or rescheduled.
Refunds & Pauses
Refunds are not available for meals that have already been delivered or consumed.
Pause requests must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled delivery.
Service Interruptions
In the event of unforeseen circumstances including weather disruptions, supply chain issues, or operational limitations, delivery timelines may be impacted.
MacroEats will communicate any such delays and make reasonable efforts to ensure continuity of service.
Changes to Terms
MacroEats reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of our service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
