Cancellation & Refund Policies

Reference

This Cancellation & Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Purchase Confirmation & Terms and Conditions (Version v1.2) issued by MacroEats and must be read in conjunction with it.

Trial Pack

The trial pack is non-refundable, non-transferable, and limited to one per user based on phone number and delivery address. No cancellations or refunds are permitted once the trial pack is purchased.

Customer-Initiated Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation at any time by providing a minimum of three (3) days’ prior notice. All meals already consumed or scheduled within the notice period shall be charged at the applicable plan price.

Refund Calculation

Refunds, where applicable, shall be calculated only for the unused meals remaining in the subscription period. Unused pause days are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash or credits.

GST on Refunds

All approved refunds shall be processed inclusive of GST. The GST component will be adjusted by issuance of a credit note in accordance with applicable GST laws.

Delivery Failure – Customer Side

If a delivery attempt fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address details, restricted access, or inability to contact the customer, the meal shall be deemed delivered and counted, and no refund or credit shall be issued.

Business-Initiated Cancellation

In the event that MacroEats cancels the subscription due to operational reasons, customers shall be entitled to either an extension of the subscription period or a refund for the unused meals, at MacroEats’ discretion.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, where applicable, are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts of Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
